Phil has extensive experience in structuring and financing complex transactions.He has originated and issued debt, mezzanine and equity products in Australia, Canada and the United States. Phil also brings experience negotiating and investing in a number of private equity investments in Australia and North America across a variety of sectors including property, infrastructure, medical, personal finance, insurance and technology.

Gareth has over 25 years of experience in corporate, institutional and investment banking across Australia, the UK and the Middle East. He has led key investment decisions across a broad range of sectors in both the public and private markets. He is involved in all facets of the investment process including capital raising, origination, due diligence, and on-going monitoring of existing transactions.
